Professional experience
I have been developing and training top managers, middle managers and start-uppers for more than 20 years now. I believe that my clients can really be successful if they are free to find their identity and superpower. I work hard to design and implement complex leadership development programs, in which we develop large-scale management teams with my colleagues for 8-12 months. I have founded Szabó Andrea and Partners Ltd. 8 years ago, today I get to work with 5 excellent professionals.
Previously I had worked as a HR Director of Graphisoft NyRt and as a Partner of Telkes Consulting Ltd. on international (Japan, USA, Germany, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Canada) and domestic projects.
